Housing Finance Company Limited
We provide financing to Seychellois citizens with income or combined income that is less than thirty thousand rupees (i.e.; gross income net of taxes and pension) for the acquisition, development and improvement of property in Seychelles. HFCL does not provide financing to any legal persons or for any business-related purposes.
We do not build houses for allocation, we only provide loans for house construction, renovation and extension as per the needs of the applicant (s).
